Singapore is really 'short of people'!
In 2024, Singapore's fertility rate will fall below 0.97, a record low - even the "hastening effect" of the the Year of the Loong has failed.
Young people do not like to have children, and at the same time, the problem of "aging population" is becoming increasingly severe:

In summary, the golden period for immigration in Singapore will not always be open - the record of 35000 approvals last year is likely a signal of policy loosening.
